Options

Live Course Pass – Purchase the Live Course Pass for unlimited access to the Instructional Courses offered at the Annual Meeting. There's no need to preselect your courses—you can move to and from all Instructional Courses at will.

Individual Course Ticket – Provides admission to a single Instructional Course at AUA2019. You must present ticket at the door to gain access to only one course.

Important Information about the Instructional Course Pass

  • Instructional course materials will be available online beginning April 18, 2019. Course Materials can be downloaded and/or printed at home. Print stations are not available on site.
  • Instructional Course Passes are not transferrable.
  • AUA has planned seating to maximize capacity and to comply with Fire Marshal regulations. Seating is available on a first—come, first—served basis, so please plan accordingly.
Hands-on courses require additional registration and are not included in the Instructional Course Pass.

Obtaining CME Credit

Individuals wishing to attend any course must register for the Annual Meeting and wear a badge for admission to the course. To receive CME credit, you must swipe your badge or present your single course ticket at the course door. CME credit is only offered for attendance at live Instructional Courses. CME credit is not available for viewing of courses through the On-Demand Course Pass.

Annual Meeting Cancellation Policy

To cancel any part of your Annual Meeting registration (this includes registration for the Annual Meeting, course passes, and hands-on courses), you must submit a written request on or before April 4, 2019. Cancellation requests received by this date will be honored less a $100 administrative processing fee. No refunds will be honored on requests received on or after April 5, 2019. Please allow four to six weeks to process your refund. Anyone registering after April 5, 2019, and wishes to cancel will receive no refund on any part of their registration fees. Name substitutions are not permitted. Cancellation requests can be faxed to 410-689-3912 or emailed to customerservice@AUAnet.org.
