Top 10 Things I Wish I Knew Before I Started Practicing
Are you a young urologist navigating your new career path? Do you have questions about transitioning into practice?
The Young Urologists Committee invites you to join us for the 2019 Young Urologists Forum titled "Top 10 Things I Wish I Knew Before I Started Practicing," to be presented by Drs. Julie Riley (academic urologist), Damara Kaplan (private practice urologist), and Nathan Grunewald (hospital-based urologist). They will share tips on how they successfully transitioned from residency to practice—which can be both exciting and overwhelming.
The Forum will take place on Saturday, May 4, 2019 from 10:30 a.m. – Noon in room W470 of the McCormick Place Convention Center (West Building). Residents, fellows, and young urologists are encouraged to attend this FREE event, which is included in your Annual Meeting registration. A boxed lunch will be served afterwards. As space is limited, we ask that you register in advance and submit any questions that you would like the panel to answer during the Forum.
Our panel of young urologists are looking forward to assisting you with the tools you need to prepare for the next step in your career.
We hope to see you there!
